SIMULIA, the Dassault Systèmes brand for Realistic Simulation, has an opening for a Business Development Manager in our Erie regional office located in Beachwood, Ohio.  Beachwood is located between downtown Cleveland and the rural countryside of northeast Ohio, thus offering a variety of living, entertainment, and outdoor enthusiast options. 

This position will cover a geographic territory that spans West Virginia, most of Ohio, and the western halves of New York and Pennsylvania.  As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for existing account management and the procurement of new business.  Overall revenue growth will be focused on direct sales of software, consulting services, and technical training.  This individual will work with internal technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction via technical demonstrations and presentations.  Extensive travel to interact with clients is required. 

Seeking candidates with a Bachelors degree, strong technical sales background, and updated knowledge of the computer aided engineering market.  Additional requirements include:

·         Creative sales skills in the areas of prospecting and growth within existing accounts. 

·         Strong communication skills with ability to identify and interact with appropriate technical and management representatives within prospect organizations.
