(This position could be located in Charlotte, NC, Newport News, VA, Greenville, SC or Atlanta, GA) The Water Group of a leading design build firm has an immediate need for Senior business development manager to continue to build our capabilities and market share doing design & build work for water/wastewater treatment plants, water conveyance & buried infrastructure, and desalination. In addition to a long-standing and deep relationship with the Water Utilities, you will also have a solid technical background and experience with consulting engineers, design-build at risk contractors, municipal water utilities and in the region.
: You will be responsible for development of client relationships, identifying and tracking contract opportunities, and leading proposal and interview efforts.

Job Requirements:   Bachelor Degree is required along with 15+ years in water resources and engineering design-build projects with a major contractor or engineering firm. You have significant experience with local, state, and federal agencies in Georgia, Florida and the SE Region of the U.S.  You certainly know and are known by the largest water utilities and have established relationships with them.  You have been involved with major design-build projects including water/wastewater treatment plants, water conveyance & buried infrastructure, and desalination. Most importantly, you have experienced substantial success in business and client development and marketing.
