Major global IT consulting firm (140,000 consultants in 42 countries) seeks Business Development Managers for the Chicago and Atlanta markets in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical. This key sales role is responsible for executing regional business development, primarily in a Hunting capacity. The individual would be developing opportunities in Outsourcing, BPO, Platform services, and Consulting with commercial/retail banking, lending and payments processing firms.
Candidates should have 4+ years selling financial services IT within the region and 8 years overall experience as a financial technology salesperson, preferable with prior experience working with offshore teams. Experience working with third party administrators like TPI and Equiterra desirable. Over-quota experience working with Financial Services vertical sales teams from firms like IBM Global Services, HCL, Fidelity Info Services, Oracle/I-flex, Infosys, EDS, and Headstrong would be very relevant.
Compensation: OTE to $280K + after-cap commissions+ stock
