Established in 1975, ADS LLC is one of the largest providers of water and wastewater management services, hardware, and software. We manufacture and distribute flow measurement equipment and software through two divisions: ADS Environmental Services and Accusonic Technologies. We provide services to customers in over 40 countries and have conducted over 5000 flow measurement projects in our 30-year history. Innovation is the cornerstone of the company with over 40 national and international patents for wastewater measurement technologies. Recently acquired by IDEX Corporation (NYSE:IEX), we are now part of a publicly traded, multi-national manufacturing conglomerate whose holdings include the manufacturers of products that touch the daily lives of people all over the world. As our Business Development Manager, you can be located in any major metropolitan area in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, or Wisconsin with access to a major airport. Your primary mission will be to lead the business development in central northern area for ADS Environmental Services by aggressively penetrating and dominating the Wastewater Collection System Management market, Wastewater treatment and sewage pumping markets and Water Distribution networks. Your proven ability to exceed sales quotas and build consultative sales relationships will be critical to your success in this rewarding position. You will work closely with the regional project team as you complete needs assessments for our clients, lead contract negotiations, and act as a liaison between our company and our customers. Your aptitude for listening to the clients and engaging in meaningful business relationships paired with your knowledge of our products, industry, and your territory will ensure that you are significantly rewarded by our uncapped commission structure.
