Shee Atiká Languages LLC is currently looking for a full time Business Development Recruiter to work at our Fayetteville, North Carolina Office.

The BD recruiter will work closely with the BD team.  Duties will include locating candidates, interviewing, coordinating, and formatting resumes for proposal solicitations,  with the purpose of winning potential new business opportunities.  Duties also include being an active participate in writing the proposal with the BD team.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must be willing to conduct 50% travel

Must be eligible for a security clearance

Must have a valid U.S. Passport or be willing to obtain one.

Must have recruiting experience

Must have writing experience/capabilities

Must live in the Fayetteville NC area or be willing to relocate

Education:

Prefer Bachelors degree with English or Journalism Major
