At our Norwood location, Business Development Coordinators build business by making and receiving phone calls and responding to internet generated requests from customers that want to buy automobiles. Timely responses to inquiries are critical to setting appointments resulting in sales and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with telephone and Internet customers and prospects.
• Set customer appointments for dealership visits.
• Maintain e-mail/phone follow-up schedules for all customers.
• Develop skills through training and feedback.
Take care of the customers’ needs. Solve practical problems within reason. Work consistently and bring quality to the job. Energize the workplace. Professional appearance and work ethic.
