About the Company The company is located in a wooded estate on 8 acres in Northwest Houston, Texas (Spring). Experience and Strengths 1) Enterprise software sales success with 5-10 years experience selling $1.5+ million/annually 2) "Complex Sales" and consultative sales experience 3) Process Safety Management (OSHA) or related compliance regulations and industry experience with high-risk industries (chemicals, refining, manufacturing, energy, etc.) Qualifications • Sales and consulting experience to process, manufacturing and energy industries to V.P. level, plant and operations management • Strong knowledge and experience with enterprise wide solutions including document management, HR, EPSS, equipment, learning management and ERP systems. Knowledge of chemical, manufacturing, energy, nuclear, pharmaceutical industry and health and safety compliance regulations extremely helpful. · Must have a proven track record of enterprise-wide software/services personal annual sales of over $1.5 million.
· Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, PowerPoint presentations and software demos.
· Excellent cold-call skills • Closes the sale by addressing customer multi-dimensional pain points and sales barriers • Consistently identifies new sources of business. • Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences from management to line personnel to IT. • Expertly devises and executes complex sales strategies for enterprise sales • Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills. Prioritizes and performs concurrent tasks with minimal direction. • Extensive “road warrior” travel • Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust. • Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite · Knowledge and sales experience with SAP, Maximo, Documentum, PeopleSoft, elearning solutions very helpful
· Proficient at learning and demonstrating technical software.
· Should have valid passport for international travel.
