About the Job
The Salvation Army, San Francisco Adult Rehabilitation Center is looking for someone with the skills and talent to take our Production and Retail Divisions to the next level. The Business Director would be responsible for the overall business operations of an ARC Center overseeing the administration, retail, and production operations. This person will have general supervision over the Director of Retail and the Director of Production. This position will train in San Francisco but may be stationed in another Bay Area location.
QUALIFICATIONS: BA or BS in Business or equivalent in experience. A minimum of five years general management experience essential. Should have experience in both retail and production operations. Should have experience with Microsoft Office programs, with strong Excel experience. Must have a working knowledge of basic business administration and office management along with a general knowledge of property management, public relations, and project managemen.
