FACILITY SITE REVIEW NURSE SUPERVISOR

Responsible for overseeing the Facility Site Review (FSR) Program, including serving as a liaison with L.A. Care, Provider Relations and Credentialing.

Requires a current California Registered Nurse license.  Must have minimum 3 years quality management experience, plus a strong clinical background.  Ability to work independently.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.  Must have a current driver’s license and auto insurance with the ability to provide own transportation.
