Stratagem’s Milwaukee office is currently seeking Business Intelligence Developers – ETL to handle data warehouse design/development tasks related to data extract, transformation, and load (ETL).

Required Experience and Skills:

·         5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of data warehousing ETL experience

·         2+ years of ETL experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Oracle Warehouse Builder, DataStage, or other ETL tool

·         Expert knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence technologies and vendor tools

·         Knowledge of database modeling and storage (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle 10g, IBM UDB)

·         Knowledge of reporting and analysis delivery tools and applications (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects, OBIEE, Hyperion)

·         Data modeling tool (e.g., ERwin) knowledge

·         Experience with file transfer methods (e.g., FTP)

·         Experience working in data management, configuration, and logical data modeling

·         Experience with application interfaces

·         Experience helping clients define business requirements

Stratagem’s Milwaukee office is also seeking Business Intelligence Developers - Report Analysts to handle data warehouse design/development tasks related to report writing, including BI dashboards, OLAP cubes, user driven reports, or other complex data visualizations. Developers will handle installation, configuration, and management of all components. Other responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing data warehouses/data marts.

Required Experience and Skills:

·         5+ years of IT experience working with data solutions

·         Experience with SSRS, SSAS, Pro Clarity or Performance Point, as well as solid experience developing applications with SQL Server 2005

·         Experience with other BI reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Hyperion)

·         Data modeling tool (e.g., ERwin) knowledge

·         Working knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and concepts (Kimball, Inman, RUP, Spiral, etc.)

·         Experience helping clients define business requirements
