Business Operations Solutions/Project Manager
- Works with local sales & pursuit managers to drive business growth for QuickPage program in identified resellers accounts
- Works with resellers to identify key sales and operational obstacles within QuickPage delivery system
- Works with LES GBU for opportunties and issue resolution related to QuickPage offer, financing, and supply chain
- Sub-region coverage for the Phase I launch of QuickPage and the CPSI platform - initially the UK and Denmark, with expanded European coverage as the program progresses
- Initially responsible for ensuring a successful launch of QuickPage in early-release countries, with activities focused on ensuring resellers are equipped with:
o Adequate training
o Tools and support
o Establishing and maintaining a direct feedback process between resellers and the GBU for the purpose of improving the offering and the operational delivery and support of the program.
- Reseller support will include:
o Partnering with the Channel Development Managers to ensure that resellers are appropriately trained and have the sales tools for success.
o Working with CDM on business and sales goals/metrics establishment and tracking.
o Provide face-to-face interaction with the resellers to gather feedback and facilitate success with HP QuickPage offering.
o Reseller support of quotations, contracts and delivery.
o Management of special pricing/discount requests,
o Support and escalation management with the appropriate leasing, supplies logistics and portal partners. This also includes working with the GBU to identify process improvements to
minimize reseller and customer escalations going forward.
- As a core member of the GBU Solution Team, provide frequent updates, feedback and insight with respect to the QuickPage offering and the operational effectiveness of the CPSI platform.
- As an extended lead into the EMEA Region Channel Sales & Programs Team, provide regular input on the effectiveness of the QuickPage offering relative to region goals.
- Play integral role with both the LES GBU and Sales Solutions & Enablement Team to provide guidance on geographic expansion plans within EMEA - assist the Core EMEA Channel Sales & Programs Team with input on program prioritization, business planning and existing program migration processes.
- Schedule the phases, activities and tasks required to undertake the project
- Define quality targets and standards, and procedures for quality assurance and control
- Produce a risk plan to ensure that all high priority risks are identified and mitigated
- Document the region and WW acceptance criteria for the final signoff on each project deliverable
- Establish a clear communications plan
- Regularly monitor project progress against schedule
- Ensure that defined quality targets are achieved, by undertaking quality assurance and quality control
- Central management and control of project change requests affecting project milestones
- Gain customer acceptance of each deliverable
- Keep stakeholders informed
- Responsible for project management reporting and scorecard
- Responsible for schedule management and maintenance
- Responsible for schedule quality
- Responsible for reporting status to ensure tracking leads are completing tasks on plan
- Responsible for consolidating leads plans into a comprehensive schedule

Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 5+ years in the Services business, Sales, Business Development or Engagement
- Advanced University degree preferable
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Related/demonstrated project management experience.
- Work with business team to ensure those priorities are properly understood and prioritized
- Manages and resolves day-do-day operational issues and captures enhancement improvements and communicates to WW team as regional POC
- Interface with CPSI platform provider to ensure requirements are properly defined, documented and prioritized
- Support the automation definition roadmap for CPSI
- Work with Solution Technologist to incorporate new technologies into CPSI platform
- Analyze requirements from CPSI team to ensure capabilities are properly defined
- Lead UI development and improvement activities and prioritization with platform vendor and business team
- Ensure user experience is improved to increase user stickiness and usability as well as ensure data is properly captured for improved reporting
