Qualified administrative personnel are needed to support a Department of Justice entity at Quantico with the implementation of a system that will revolutionize information exchange between the government and the telecommunications industry. The system will leverage state of the art electronic business technologies and is scheduled to have an initial operating capability in 2010 with incremental improvements added through 2012. The Business Operations Analyst will work collaboratively with project leadership and service provider affiliates to facilitate system implementation and coordinate process improvements in furtherance of the client's initiative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile monthly invoices and coordinate timely and accurate payment with the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR), Contracting Office, and Finance Division
- Maintain and analyze various Program related metrics to determine trends/problems. These reports are distributed to executive management.
- Maintain Program related project schedules and milestone charts.
- Prepare Project Management Related documentation
- Serve as the Tier 1 helpdesk within the program to answer/respond to telephone calls and emails regarding various program related services
- Prepare monthly Significant Accomplishment reports
- Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Maintain computer equipment and software inventories
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Must Have the following:
- Possess active High Level Security Clearance
- High School Diploma and 6 years experience
- Competent using the Microsoft Office suite of software products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project)

- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and associated supporting documents
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
- Familiarity with Corel Word Perfect
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self starter, able to work independently with minimal guidance and direction.
