Business Performance Reporting Analyst
Dubuque, IA 52001
Support leadership through the development and on-going execution of business analysis and various reporting processes to drive decision making. This includes the development and on-going execution of business performance metrics, budget reporting, and ad hoc initiatives increasing transparency and empowering leaders within the Client Service and Operations organization. Responsibilities Include: - Hands on development, refinement and ongoing management of Staffing Models, Scorecards, Performance Reports and ad hoc reports to support multiple leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with business partners within the site and across sites to ensure consistency in reporting data, processes and presentation.
- Extract data from various disparate sources and compile the data into multiple reports for utilization at various levels of an organization.
- Execute ongoing reporting processes to update standard reports with current information and distribute to appropriate audiences within appropriate deadlines.
- Research report variances, develop commentary and present findings to appropriate audiences.
- Research data issues to determine the root cause, define corrective actions and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure that errors are appropriately reported and fully documented for reporting and organizational discussion purposes.
- Support organizational initiatives with ad hoc data analysis to support a Continuous Process Improvement management approach.
- Develop and maintain models utilizing MS Excel as needed to support organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain MS Access databases as needed to support organizational initiatives.
- Manage the execution of projects as assigned.
- Some travel may be required.
- Other duties as necessary to meet organizational commitments.

Key skills:
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data extraction, manipulation, comparisons and reporting. Some examples include: Pivot Tables, V-lookups, Charting, Filters, and Linked Workbooks.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Access with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in database design, development, and implementation.
- Experience creating novel and standard reports and develop graphic and visual representations of the data for internal decision-making, problem-solving and reporting. Produce, compile and develop other such reports as needed.
- Experience extracting data from disparate sources and aggregating the data for reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills including an understanding of applying data and statistics to solve business problems. Examples: SPC Charts, Regression Analysis…
- Project Management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
