Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitation of process modeling sessions with client Subject Matter Experts (SME) to drive and develop the BPMs for project processes for a Project Management Office using IDS Scheer ARIS modeling toolset.  The ARIS BPM modeler position requires extensive interactions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to drive and develop the BPMs, and to provide guidance to SME modelers for adherence to established modeling standards and difficult modeling situations.

Provides expertise on the ARIS methodology and ARIS toolset. Guides the development of ARIS models/objects for a business unit in association with Client's corporate methodology and trains/mentors client on methodology and tool.

Background and Experience (Required):

•  5+ years in Business Process Modeling (BPM)
•  2+ years experience with ARIS modeling toolset
•  Capable of providing instruction on ARIS to client
•  Expert understanding and experience in industry standard project management practices (PMI)
•  Experience working within both a project-centric and project matrix environments.
•  Bachelor's Degree
•  PMP Certification

•  10+ years in Business Process Modeling (BPM)
•  5+ years experience with ARIS modeling toolset
•  Business Process Professional Certification
