Our client, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firm, currently has a great opportunity available for a Business Design Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. Our client’s goal is to successfully provide their management team and employees with a better understanding of their strategic direction and align their units with this direction; getting broad organizational buy-in and facilitating cultural change in alignment with corporate strategy.

In efforts to meet their goal, out client has a great opportunity available for a Business Process Design Analyst. They are seeking an individual who can assist them in assessing their business processes through interviews of key management and end-users. The position will require the Analyst to evaluate processes and identify overlaps. Upon completion of the evaluations, the Analyst will draft written procedures of approved design, including: streamlined processes and procedures. As a result, workflows that are capable of implementation by the management team will be created.

The Analyst will be working with the following teams: Technical/Engineering, Purchasing and Project. Documentation should include the following processes: Administration, Finance, HR and IT.

The Analyst will be required to ask the right people the right questions to learn about the organization and how to make it operate more effectively. The Analyst will also be required to identify bottlenecks, overlap of effort and work distribution changes. The Analyst should be able to identify modifications with the potential to deliver rapid efficiency improvements and cost savings, automation potential, opportunities for technology insertion, Business Process Design, suggestions for Record Management and Meeting Management.

Skills: Understanding and communicating Process Design & Work Flows, Technical Writing, Group Facilitation, Individual Coaching; Organization Design and/or engineering background a plus.
