(www.dymax.com ) We are currently looking to add to staff a Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for improving Dymax business processes through the use of information technology and project management. Primary Responsibilities: • Project Management of process and system improvements for all Dymax operations and divisions • Assure successful results through: o Development and execution of training on new systems, processes and information technologies. o Documentation of process and system changes for all Dymax operations and divisions. o Audits of process changes against the committed improvements to costs, revenues and efficiency. Other responsibilities JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: BA/BS or required. MBA or equivalent preferred. SKILLS: Project Management. Functional knowledge of ERP. JDE World preferred. Functional knowledge of CRM. Experience with workflow automation and business intelligence EXPERIENCE: History of process improvement and project management, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
