Sabre is a quality-driven, professional services company that provides worldwide technology, scientific, management, and administrative services to government and commercial clients.  Sabre is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to work in Washington, DC.

 

Job Description:

The Candidate shall provide technical, analytical, subject matter, and programmatic expertise in support of strategic integration efforts. The objective is to provide support in coordinating across multiple departments on projects impacting supported commands, such as customer advocacy issues, new platform planning, and external network development pertinent to CNIC’s role as Shore Readiness Integrator. This position has a wide range of duties that include:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for information management
  • Develop full understanding of current metrics in use and tools for tracking
  • Review current Strategic Plan and leadership vision and provide recommendations and first draft of revised CNIC Strategic Plan
  • Assist with execution of CNIC’s Knowledge Management Strategy which includes facilitating Communities of Practice (CoP) for Cross Functional Teams (CFT)
  • Assist CNIC Gateway Governing Board (GGB) and participate in associated Working Group (WG)
  • Collaborate with CNIC HQ, region, and installation leadership, fleet, OPNAV, and service partners to evaluate and improve common approaches and processes, share knowledge and track progress on long-term goals and objectives
  • Facilitate DRRS-N Requirements Identification Meetings for DRRS-N; articulate key objectives of the meetings, introduce key personnel to one another, facilitate delivery of background material by various commands, facilitate discussions, enhance communication between attendees, identify and lead discussion issues, record minutes and actions items
  • Support CNIC goals associated with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) performance and process improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements:

Job Requires:

A Bachelor’s degree, the ability to assess risk related to a variety of compliance requirements and manage tasks accordingly; strong Business Process Analysis skills, and knowledge of Navy budgeting process, BRAC and Joint Basing issues and NMETS.

Candidate must have a current Secret clearance.
