This is an individual contributor job.  It's not a VP, Director or Manager or Consultant .   The key word is  SPECIALIST  .  The compensation will reflect the title and scope .  

 

  We are a 1 billion dollar manufacturing  division of a global organization.

Important to note that we are  not looking for a traditional HR generalist or Mgr .  A Business process  person with a project management background and record   of facilitatiing  change  management initiatives is they key here.  It's simply not a HR Mgr job.

 

The candidate we seek could come from industries such as retail,customer service,  operations, factory, dictribution, restaurant operations.  Any industry where  you have facilitated process improvements organizational wide that required significant change

 

 

 

 

Advise, assist and support managers and project teams on facilitation of processes in PT business change initiatives. Support of Human Resource Development (HRD) standards for PT concerning HR organizational development.  Manage the HR processes assigned including the implementation and coordination of inputs, tracking, reporting, and data collection. Support other HRM activities as assigned.

1.  Provide moderation of workshops and enabling activities to support change management processes including. Responsible for HR functional CIP activities. Responsible for development and execution of cultural change initiatives

2.  Responsible for support of  Service Quality projects. Includes coordination, implementation and tracking progress to plan and facilitating management in annual design and event management. Assist with coaching and counseling of project groups. SQJ metric determination and collection.

3.   Support of Training and related Human Resource Mgr activities as required or assigned.

      This may include generalist or specialist activities including field locations.

4.  Responsible for support of  Parent Company initiatives and organizational projects as assigned. Coordinate, educate, track and report on strategic HR processes, master data, process expert and coordinator of regional and divisional reporting  ….

5.  Coordination and facilitation of Management Dialogues

6.  Consultation for coaching and process excellence in assigned areas of responsibility. Support of global standards and initiatives. Principle interface with counterparts in assigned areas.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required in Business/Org Development, Psychology, Communication Training or related degree. MS degree preferred

 

5  years experience in the following should suffice:

-Demonstrated success in effective communication, team building, and process mapping with all levels of company associates in a large corporation

 

-Strong project and time management skills with effective follow-up and use of multiple computer applications and systems and willing to travel.

-Strong experience in presentations to middle and upper managment, negotiation skills, facilitation and or moderation.

-Strong business acumen, strategic thinker and task orientation

-Effective social competencies and interpersonal skills
