Our agressive growth has created a need for a Business Systems Analyst in our Dallas location. Principal Accountabilities or Duties:

-          Accountable for assisting in running JADs

-          Managing meetings with Product Management as needed to flush out details to write Design/Function Documents

-          Act as a liaison to the Development team (Developers and QA) when discussing requirements

-          Communicates to Software development, IT operations and other technical teams regarding technical expectations.

-          Assists the PM on getting various tasks completed to turn around a short release with detailed documentation

-          May write interface documentation or window design documents

-          May do technical training of a methodology to technical team

-          Work with PM’s, Developers, QAs, Architects & other technical teams outside our organization

Business Environment

This dynamic individual will have the opportunity to work our elite team that has created numerous patents on new to the market technologies.  They will be a key player in writing detailed design documents and coordinate information to the developers and QA testing teams as well as Operational teams. They must have a proven ability to work in tight releases time frames with new to the market products. 

Qualifications

-          Experience in high tech environments as a BSA 5+ years.

-          5+ years in Agile or SDLC Methodology

-          Ability to take business requirements and flush details out to create Design/Functional specs

-          Strong aptitude to understand systems and design

-          Excellent Oral & written communication skills

-          Ability to work exceptionally well with little to no supervision

-          Comfortable in an exceptional fast paced environment.

-          Comfortable working with Project Manager, System Engineers, Architects, QA and Product Managers

-          Comfortable leading meetings and JAD (joint application development efforts)

-          Strong leadership skills, time management skills and professional demeanor when communicating to multiple levels of corporate entities.

-          Proven ability to work in tight releases time frames with new to the market products.
