Dallas based company targeting Business Systems Analyst to act as the liason between the IT group and various business units within the company to help analyze and understand their operations in order to provide solutions to their business and technical issues.  Company is targeting a hybrid person with strong business analytical skills and also basic development/coding skills, preferrably Microsoft.  Personality, communication and problem solving skills are key.  

Ideal target is 5 yrs experience. Experience in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of automated business solutions is required as well as SQL.  BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Only candidates with financial services industry experience will be considered.  Candidates with commercial mortgage, corporate finance, or asset management (CMBS or ABS) experience is preferred.
