As a Business Systems Analyst, in Las Vegas, NV, you will work closely with business owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, interpret business needs and produce a business functional specification that is the best description of the client’s needs through a variety of software development projects. In addition to projects for application enhancements and system improvements, you will have the opportunity to participate in high-level design reviews, work on user-interface Web applications for our customers, and implement fresh technologies.

• Leverage your advanced Excel skills, familiarity with MS Project and high-level Visio experience to utilize the most efficient tools and resources available to succeed in your position
• Your ability to communicate effectively and interact with both non-technical and highly technical teams, internally and externally, will be essential as you create project documentation
• Utilize your persuasive and patient approach along with your aptitude for both business and technology to make recommendations and identify trends while negotiating implementation options with clients
• Prior experience in the stored value or payment card industry will add to your candidacy
