Provide level 2 support and perform basic application troubleshooting for the PowerTrack application.
Experience in creating and modifying SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, and DTS Packages.
Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps where necessary.
Escalates issues to development or level 3 resources where necessary.
Works closely with Product Management to build technical knowledge as system is upgraded and new functionality is released.
Works closely with international counterparts to ensure high-priority problems are handed off between team members, minimizing downtime and inefficiencies for end users.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Experience in creating and modifying SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, and DTS Packages.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
Good problem solving ability.
Customer oriented attitude and experience.
Strong problem resolution, decision-making and analytical skills are required.
Good leadership skills along with project management and customer service skills required.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined.
Financial industry experience is a plus.
