With office locations in Denver, Chicago, Dallas and Palm Beach County, Florida, our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are searching for energetic, talented individuals with the skills and desire to advance in this dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. An “incredible work ethic” is also highly valued. Our consultants will develop analysis from the simple to complex as determined by the client and project scope and will enjoy working on client engagements that span the complete spectrum of healthcare valuation services. We are currently seeking a qualified junior level valuation analyst for our Colorado office.


Requirements


 


Key Qualifications:


 ·         REQUIRED:  One to three (1-3) years experience in any of the following disciplines:  healthcare financial analysis, healthcare financial services, healthcare strategic planning and development, or business valuation.  Because of the specialized nature of our firm’s business, individuals without a background in healthcare finance or business valuation will not be considered.


·         Previous healthcare consulting experience preferred.


·         Proven experience with advanced MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).


·         Demonstrated success in analytical problem solving, with an ability to understand the details and nuances of complex valuation scenarios as well as the key points of insight and analysis.


·         Experience analyzing financial statements and building financial models in Excel.


·         Experience conducting economic and industry research via the internet and other applicable sources.


·         Demonstrated progress toward achievement of one of the following professional designations: CFA, ASA, CVA, CPA/ABV or AVA.


·       Outstanding writing skills


•    Exceptional communication skills and client-service focus.


·         Proven abilities to meet deadlines, honor commitments and multi-task.


·         Ability to function independently within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, coupled with an ability to also work on team oriented projects as they occur.


 


Responsibilities include:


 ·         Compilation, organization and analysis of financial statements, corporate documents, and other data necessary to support valuation analysis.


·         Perform industry and economic research.


·          Work with project manager to develop comprehensive valuation analyses; structure methodologies, analyze and summarize the findings, and develop a comprehensive, written valuation report for client.


·         Manage numerous engagements simultaneously; understand the scope of the project, articulate an approach, determine the resources needed and manage the client interface.


·         Manage internal relationships and team dynamics; working collaboratively when necessary and independently as appropriate.
