Located in the beautiful resort town of Ashland, Oregon, this rapidly expanding company is looking for an experienced buyer/purchasing manager to forecast and plan all facets of garment manufacturing, production and purchasing, including international sourcing; to negotiate with suppliers; and to execute on-time delivery of materials and goods through logistical planning/operations management.  This is a full-time position reporting to the V.P. of Manufacturing and Production. This position requires domestic and international travel.

Required skills and experience include:

§   Minimum 5 years experience in international garment procurement/sourcing, as well as planning/forecasting

§   Minimum 3 years manufacturing or production experience

§   Strong expertise in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint

§   Ability to travel as dictated by program or site requirements

§   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

§   Strong organizational and time-management skills
