C# / C++, SQL, Media Device Software Design Engineer in TEST

This is a contract opportunity on a small but growing team expanding on the success of high-visibility brand media devices by delivering content to clients on the web, mobile and more. Explore opportunities for enabling recommendations across music and video space. Work with partner teams across our client organization to leverage a wide range of media products and technologies.

SDET responsibilities will include:

• Working with PM, dev and partner teams to gather and prioritize requirements for media device usage and recommendations service features
  
• Defining test plan and automating tests for web application to enable key customer scenarios
  
• Working closely with partner teams on the implementation of related components
  
• Running test cases and investigating failures
  
• Checking deployment problems in different environments
  
• Working in the existing system and fixing test bugs as needed

• 3+ years of software development and testing experience in C# and/or C++
  
• 2+ years of experience in using SQL server.
  
• Experience with internet tools, services and model-based testing preferred
  
• Must have solid understanding of software development cycle
  
• Good interpersonal communication skills desired
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required
