C++ Developer - Full Time - Greenwich, CT

Our client, a 30 year-old  pioneer in the Options and Electronic Trading Market, provides worldwide direct market access to Equities, options, Futures, FOREX, Bonds and Funds and provides outstanding tools for the professional investor.

Job Responsibilities:

Our client is looking to add developers to its 10 member teams working in the Trading Systems Group of 100 + developers.  Candidates will work independently on a variety of projects, reporting to a project manager, progressing from non-critical to mission critical projects. The ability to be decisive, and to work quickly, independently, and accurately are highly valued. Prior financial services experience is not required.

 Required Experience:

-           3-5 yrs of C++ experience

-           Multi-threading

-           UNIX and/or Linux

-           Able to work with little supervision

-           Quick thinking

-           B.S. degree in Math or Engineering

Desired Experience:

-           Real Time applications development

-           Team Lead experience

-           Knowledge of trading and financial instruments

-           Masters Degree in Mathematics, Physical Science or Engineering

-           Qualified applicants who are fluent in Russian and English are highly desirable
