This person filling this position will be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, testing, and documentation of web applications withing the DOT.  He/she will interface with our customers to collect requirements, create designs, and provide periodic status reports along with acting as

technical project leader and creating work duration estimates and schedules.

• This job will require participation in all development life-cycle stages providing support and enhancements to our web applications developed with Microsoft .NET 3.5, ASP.NET, C#, SilverLight, and SQL Server 2008.
• There is also a GIS component, so it will be a plus if the Developer has experience or is a self-learner and can learn ArcGIS Server Web.ADF for .NET and its Javascript API.
• The Developer will participate or conduct periodic status meetings or reports with the Project Manager or the end customer.
• The Developer must have excellent oral and written communication skills as he/she will be interacting directly with our customers and must be able to clearly present/defend ideas and designs.
