IT Developer Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is a short-term consulting position for a .Net application development analyst.  The candidate will be responsible for the re-development of a Human Resource application used within Client.  This application was originally written using MS Access and VBA and is being replaced by re-writing the application in .Net.  The candidate must have strong personal skills, and will have direct contact with clients, various IT support teams and vendors. 

Educational Requirements:

Required: B.S., Computer Science or other equivalent degree.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:

• Minimum of 5-6 years information systems experience with proven technical skills and aptitude


• Minimum of  2-3 years experience with .Net, C#.Net, and ADO.Net


• Minimum of  2- 3 years experience with a Microsoft Windows environment


• Minimum 2-3 years experience with VBA required


• Minimum 2-3 years experience in MS Access including database design and application development requied


• Experience with SQL required


• Experience supporting developed software


• Experience with relational databases; Oracle preferred


• PLSQL knowledge preferred


• Able to perform business process analysis


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Strong relationship building and customer service skills


• Organizational and administrative skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


• Experience with a Microsoft IIS environment preferred
