Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our  CAD Engineer. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to sets the direction of the design for the product. Responsibilities:

  • Support design and development of split system products, air handler, and coils
  • New product design for HVAC products
  • Sustaining product design for HVAC products

Qualifications:

  • BS - Mechanical Engineering plus three (3) years of experience in design engineering
  • Broad product design engineering knowledge
  • Proficiency in Pro-e Wildfire 4 and up (Pro-sheetmetal, Pro-piping and Solid)
  • Experience in product design and engineering change process
  • Experience in manufacturing and fabrication methods
  • Experience with Bill of Material structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office, E-Mail and Internet)
  • Experience with HVAC or refrigeration
