Industry leading company seeks an outstanding, proven Call Center Manager / Director who possesses high energy and a positive leadership style for their Cleveland, OH location. Ideal candidate will set the process, procedures, metrics, management of the staff etc… in an Inbound & Outbound Customer Service and Telesales environment.
Must have at least 5+ years of prior call center management experience managing in a telesales and customer service environment. Candidate will have solid communications skills, stable work history, strong leadership & development skills and the ability to manage people, process and technology. Must have at College Degree.
