Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Call Center Manager in Dallas, TX. Ideal candidate will have Call Center Customer Service Leadership experience and have knowledge of call center technology and telephony. Will also have experience in training & development and any Lean Six Sigma experience would be a plus. Candidate will be responsible for inbound call center agents relative to call center metrics, implementation and daily monitoring, coaching and management for continuous improvement.
Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of prior call center management experience in an inbound customer service environment. Will have strong interpersonal & communications skills; strong analytical and process thinking skills; solid leadership skills and must have very strong Microsoft Office and technology skills. Must have at least a four year degree.
COMPENSATION: $65K - $85K Plus, Plus
