"Fire in the belly" attitude.  You need to sell this recruiter before I put you further into the interview process.  This is a great territory and a great opportunity and they will not take average.

This company has new product in the pipeline, new technology, and some of the only FDA approved product in the U.S.  

The management and marketing team for this company are the absolute best in the business and are well known and respected throughout the industry.  The marketing team brings unbelievable support to you in the field and the management does not micro-manage you.  Management tells you what is expected, gives you the support you need to accomplish this.

If you have sold capital medical, have medical experience, capital experience in another field like copiers or Xerox, I would like to talk to you ASAP.  This company will consider pharma if it has been for a short time and it was detailing to Derms, Plastics, OB's, GPs, or family practice.  The ideal candidate will have a college degree, has at least two  sales jobs, TWO TO THREE YEARS EACH WOULD BE GREAT, after graduating college, and a very successful track record.  Top 5% of a company and Presidents club will be a plus to get an interview.  If you have been average and just made quota, do not apply.  You will be required to show a brag book and awards at the interview.

The potential here is well over 175K.  I always give a figure that is doable.  The average rep makes about 171K in their 2nd year.  Top reps make over 300K.
