A leading Entertainment Industry in Trinidad and Tobago invites qualified individuals to fill the following vacancy.


 


CASINO MANAGER


 


Oversees the entire operations of club accounting, all club-related revenue activities and staff supervision.


 


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


 


Ø  Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related discipline from a recognized University.


Ø  At least five years management experience in a recognized Casino


Ø  Excellent References.


Ø  Impressive track record.


Ø  Equivalent combination of both will be an asset.


    


     CASINO GAMING TECHNICAL MANAGER


 








Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all slot machines and gaming devices and the coordination and supervision of all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in accordance with property policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


·         Coordinates and supervises all Slot Technicians on assigned shift by assigning responsibilities and duties and assisting them if needed.


·         Repairs, overhauls, and maintains proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines to ensure optimal operation.


·         Makes recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign, and discipline all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in a fair and equitable manner.


·         Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as property internal controls, policies and procedures.


·         Brings disputes and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.


·         Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.


QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily.

Tertiary level education, and three (3) to five (5) years Slot Technician experience. Electronics degree preferred. Two years of supervisory experience required and gaming industry is required.
