Chief Executive Officer/President

The Board of Sabattus Regional Credit Union has asked us to assist them in their efforts to recruit a seasoned Chief Executive Officer who will help the Credit Union continue its excellent reputation and member service into the future.  Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for planning and directing all Credit Union activities in accordance with Credit Union policies as established by the Board and regulated by the State of Maine.

The successful candidate will possess a four-year college degree and a minimum of ten years of similar related experience within a financial institution.  Along with a proven track record of success; the incumbent must have a solid knowledge of compliance issues and also investments.  The Credit Union is State Chartered so it is required that the incumbent also be familiar with the State of Maine Laws pertaining to Credit Unions.  Work involves extensive personal contact with members of the Board of Directors, community leaders, business leaders and internal managers.
