CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE - CHHA - Per Diem

AccentCare is NOW HIRING for a Per Diem CHHA to cover various locations in Jackson County, Oregon.    

POSITION SUMMARY:  Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is responsible for providing personal care to the patient, activities of daily living, light housekeeping and other patient related activities in the home.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:  This position requires a Home Health Aide Certificate issued by a program approved by the California Department of Health Services, demonstrated competency as a Home Health Aide per agency competency evaluation program policy, a current CPR Certification, the ability to carry out job requirements without on-site supervision, and sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.  Must have a valid driver’s license, and proof of current auto insurance and registration.
