Job Description
A growing Hampton business is seeking a strategic planning focused CFO. Typical duties will include: prepare and review appropriate general ledger entries and reconciliations, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinating budget process, provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions, oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades, and hiring, training, and retaining competent accounting and finance staff. The CFO will be self motivated and computer savvy. Candidates MUST HAVE a 4-year degree, 7 + years of strong general ledger experience including 3 years in a supervisory role, government contracting knowledge a plus, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficient in Excel and Quickbooks.
