Job Description
A growing financial services company is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their team. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for oversight of all accounting and finance functions. You will be responsible for preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, preparing board reports, FDIC Call reports, regulatory reporting, asset-liability management, budgeting, and purchasing and variance analysis. To be qualified for this role you must have the following requirements. A Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, at least 5+ years of experience with the responsibilities listed above in a banking organization; you must have a hands-on attitude and be someone willing to handle multiple tasks.
