1) Do you have experience as a CFO with an outpatient healthcare type provider that is not a hospital or physician practice?
2) Do you have a proven track record taking a healthcare organization(s) from a start-up status to over $100 million?

4) Do you have experience with mergers and acquisitions?
5) Can you show how you have implemented cost savings for organizations where you have been a CFO in the last 2 years?

Requirements
- Proven CFO from an organization where you were an integral part of the company achieving triple growth ---- must be from a healthcare outpatient type provider.
- Understanding all aspects of full revenue cycle working with governmental as well as private insurance payors in multiple states.
- Debt structuring and securing of financing experience
- Able to relocate to a midwest city that is large enough to offer everything, but not too large that you spend your life sitting on the freeway. Very economical area and a great place to raise a family.
- Must enjoy an entrepreneurial environment taking a national healthcare provider to $100 million to $300 million in revenue.
- Must be an integral part of acquisitions through due diligence, assessing financials, and identifying true worth.
- Must possess the ability to work with the Board of Directors that are known for leading successful ventures.
