CFO- Marion General Hospital

The Chief Financial Officer will coordinate and supervise the Finance division at Marion General Hospital.  This position will coordinate and direct all financial activities toward common hospital goals.  The CFO will participate in planning, policy setting, and coordination of operations as a member of the executive management team of Marion General Hospital.  
   
 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or other closely related field or be a Certified Public Accountant.  
• Seven to ten years of progressively more responsible related work experience.  
• Skilled in resolving extremely complex problems requiring the application of financial management principles, theories, and concepts and in-depth experience-based knowledge.  
• Communication skills necessary to prepare and present persuasive presentations.
