Requirements
· 5+ years of chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
· Proven leadership skills, based on mutual respect and relationship
· Experience with a variety of ethnic cuisines, including American comfort food, Mexican, Italian and Asian cuisines
· Desire to experiment with authentic flavors and seasonal ingredients
