To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is ideal
- 5+ years of development management experience within academic or not-for-profit
- Strong leadership and team development
- Proven “development success” via managing AND doing
- Annual campaign, capital campaign, gift and corporate prospecting savvy
- Demonstrably strong leadership with staff and projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate legacy and vision
This position is located in the Greater Baltimore, MD area. Relocation is not available. Possible reimbursement for travel expenses.
