Manufacturing company (15M in sales) with aggressive and achievable growth goals, experienced leadership, and top of line products is searching for a CFO to be a strategic partner to the CEO. Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is a must. Ideal candidates will be hands on, have the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, been a part of a high growth company, and have the strategic, technical, and financial leadership capacity to play an integral role in helping the company grow.  Candidate must be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude towards the business and a strong work ethic.

Major responsibilities:

• Issue timely and complete GAAP financial statements
  
• Manage the month-end close process including General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
  
• Provide key performance metrics to management team
  
• Manage staff
  
• Inventory control
  
• Manage Cash flow
  
• Provide timely filing of bank reporting requirements
  
• Maintain Investor and Banking relationships
  
• Preparation of budget and forecasts
  
• Management of annual external audit
  
• Tax compliance
  
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
  
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

Experience

·         BS in Accounting

·         10+ years of total experience.  5+ years of financial leadership experience.  Prior experience in public accounting is a plus

·         Experience working for a 75M+ company and/or high growth company

·         Flexible, strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards

·          Proven track record in adding value to companies
