CISCO CALL MANAGER / TROUBLE SHOOTING

The whole job is about Cisco Call Manager.

They have about 5 buildings in midtown and they have a cluster to support them. Have been using Cisco Call Manager for just over a year.

Day to day break fix work: can’t dial, call won’t go through, headset is broken, etc

Lots of trouble shooting

Day to day operations of call manager

Cisco RTMT- Cisco Real Time Monitoring Tool

If they have Avaya or Nortel PBX experience that is a huge bonus as they still have some of these in operation for these buildings.

 This is a day shift (approx 9-6)

 Personality is really important. It’s equally as important as the skills on the resume. They will be a “help Desk” sort of person, mostly for the Investment Bank.
