Reporting to: Managing Partner, California Civil Litigation  

Must be licensed in California; have two - five years civil litigation experience; have excellent writing skills; be highly motivated and detail oriented; and have law and motion and discovery experience. Bankruptcy, real property and debtor-creditor experience helpful.
