Essential Job Functions:

1. Verify parts to be cleaned to the work order parts list.

2. Verify that parts requiring green acceptance tags have them before cleaning.

3. Deburr parts using patch guns, hand grinders, files, deburr tools, scrapers,

and simple hand tools.

4. Cleaning of parts by hand, aqueous parts washers, and chemical parts washers.

5. Check parts for cleanliness and visually inspect parts for any defects.

6. May perform simple assembly tasks related to parts at clean up areas

Marginal Job Functions:

1. Removal of scrap skids and refuse created during cleaning process.

2. Assist the Assemblers in the assembly of Torque arms and Carriers.

3. Responsible for the day to day operation of the parts washers,(checking solution

concentrations, cleanliness of filters, cleanliness of strainers, ect.).

4. Preforms general cleaning to ensure work place is as clean as possible.
