CLIENT SERVICES RESEARCH SPECIALIST

Collateral Risk Solutions is an innovative due diligence firm specializing in nationwide appraisal auditing for financial institutions and mortgage originators. CRS is focused on creating the technology and the future for how the appraisal auditing industry functions.

CRS is expanding and we are currently looking for a Client Services Research Specialist to perform the following duties:

Specific Duties:

·         Review residential appraisal subject data characteristics and documentation

·          Navigate various MLS websites and verify Public Records information to retrieve information to support appraisals for reviewers.

·         Data Verification/Audit Customer documents for research process finalization

Skills/Qualifications:  

·      Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 or 4 year degree a plus

·      Clear understanding of the research process acquired through practical experience

·      2-4 years office experience

·      Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and internal clients

·      Alpha numeric data entry skills required – 10 key preferred

·      Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-pace office environment, maintain organization with multiple projects and competing deadlines

·      Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
