RN-CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Clearwater, FL- Seeking an RN with hospital experience in cardiology/cath lab to train as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). Our experienced full time cardiology research staff is growing and in need of a detailed, well spoken, self-motivated colleague to join them in this exciting specialty career! 

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants manages company sponsored clinical studies of new cardiac drugs and devices in both the practice & hospital settings.  At CCC, the successful CRC works with the research team to screen and enroll our practice patients using good clinical practice guidelines as set forth by Federal Regulations. They must be flexible, detailed and have the ability to work with and communicate easily with the research team, physicians, business associates and patients.  

Our highly experienced Research Team is comprised of a FT Clinical Research Director, a FT Regulatory & Compliance Supervisor, (8) full- time CRC colleagues and 21 Physician Investigators who are collectively motivated to ensure the Team's success.  The Research Team has recieved numerous awards and recognition for its contributions toward furthering medical science.

 

The position is Full-Time, M-F, salary with benefits (PTO, flexible hours, health insurance, 401K plan). The environment is non-smoking, professional & pleasant. 

 

Minimum Education/Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Registered Nurse with Current Florida License
  2. 2 years hospital experience in cardiovascular medicine
  3. Experienced CRC preferred
