Para/Quad Services, Inc., has been providing Home Nursing services to the catastrophically injured for over 20 years and has immediate openings in the Atlanta metro area.
CNA's & LPN's with spinal cord and TBI and ABI rehab experience are preferred.

Para/Quad Services, Inc., provides services 24/7 to our clients. As such, we have multiple shifts available. You must be available to work any shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Takes and records patient’s vital signs
• Measures and records patient’s fluid intake and output
• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
• Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
• Cleans rooms and makes patient beds
• Answers patient’s calls
• Converses with patients to provide assurance
• Assists in care and feeding
• Manages supply inventory and supply requisitions
• Observes Universal Precautions
• Ability to follow written Nursing Care Plan
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes
• Light housekeeping
• Provides medication reminders
• Provides medical follow up with exercise regime
• Meal preparation, and clean up
Working in the home environment you are responsible for the delivery of quality patient care according to the patient's individual physician orders. Your care may involve assessments, medication administration, administering prescribed treatments and therapies, care planning, communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team, supply management, emergency management, coordination of care, health promotion and teaching and training family membe
