World class manufacturer specializing in precision CNC machining has immediate openings available for Machinist, Programmers, Set-up, and Operators in our CNC department for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Seeking experienced individuals to program, setup and operate the following: CNC Lathes, Mills, Laser, and Swiss Screw and Turn Machines. Previous PRECISION machining experience ( Swiss / STAR, Mazak, Integrex) REQUIRED (CLIENT WILL NOT TRAIN YOU FROM DAY ONE ON ALL MACHINES, ONLY PERSONS WITH EXPERIENCE APPLY) Candidates must work independently and have at least 3+ years experience. We use late model equipment such as Swiss / STAR, Mazak & Integrex.

Requirements:
-Must have a stable work history and respectable job stability
-The ability to pass a criminal background check
-The ability to at least operate and set-up a CNC.
-The ability to fix minor machine hardware and software problems.
-The ability to foresee problems before they occur and correct them at the programming phase.
-The ability to think out of the box, while being able to take instruction.
-The know-how to read, examine, and scrutinize blueprints.
-The ability to work overtime and Saturdays if needed.
-The ability to occasionally direct people.
-The ability to bring new ideas to the company

Class 2 CNC Machinist:
You will work on multi-axis lathes, Swiss machines, or mills, where you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of up to two (2) CNC machines. The Class 2 machinist works to keep the machine running smoothly and as determined by the cell leader. As issues / problems arise, the Class 2 Machinist works with the cell leader or Class 1 Machinist to put the customer order back on track.
The Class 2 Machinist typically works one or two machines. You will take direction, training, and mentoring from Class 1 Machinists, and work closely with Shop Assistants to keep the machines running and on time. Inspection, Cleanliness, and Change Over procedures are three areas that are mastered for a Class 2 Machinist
1 - 3 years of experience required at a minimum.
Must have a mechanical aptitude and experience with Mazak, Integrex or Swiss / STAR machines
You must like working independently while running production and enjoy completing an order, while solving problems with predictability and precision.

Class 1 CNC Machinist:
You must replicate the setup created by the Manufacturing Engineer Technician on multi-axis lathes, Swiss machines, or mills. Once the machines are setup by the Engineering Tech, the Machinist works completely independently on the completion of the order.
The Class 1 Machinist typically works two or three machines at once. You will work closely with Class 2 Machinists and Shop Assistants to keep the machines running and on time.
You will review the blueprint and specifications, take measurements, and make adjustments to the machines all along the way. You will do whatever needs to be done to keep the machines running smoothly until order completion.
3 - 10 years of experience required at a minimum.
Must have a mechanical aptitude and expertise with Mazak, Integrex or Swiss / STAR machines
You must like working independently while running production and enjoy completing an order, while solving problems with predictability and precision.

CNC Manufacturing Engineering Technician - Mazak, Integrex, Swiss / STAR
YOU MUST BE A MASTER CNC MACHINIST - you must be an EXPERT and be able to move around a Mazak, Integrex, Swiss / STAR machine incredibly well.
Your will be tasked with reviewing a blueprint, and creating a program from that blueprint. Envision and develop a detailed manufacturing process, and identify and select the tooling necessary for the job. Once selected, install the tooling to the machine, run the program, and produce the first five parts. Parts are 1st article inspected back to the print, and you then ensure that the manufacturing process can be replicated for the customer order.
Once ready for replication, then you will train the Machinists to run the order. You are responsible for carefully and meticulously documenting all the processes and procedures used in the setup of the job. You will be working on Integrex or Mazak models 100 and 200.
