General Responsibilities and Function: Manning according to the shipping schedules Quality rounds Compliance of policy & procedure per employee handbook Organization of shop floor Shop safety Performance Evaluations Time & Attendance Track efficiencies per job per employee report to Superintendent Employee communication within other departments as needed Travel to multiple plants may be required

Special Circumstances of the job: Organization, meet the customers’ needs relative to production and quality demands, ability to work on more than one job at a time. Computer literate with Microsoft Word and/or excel helpful. Must be flexible in being contacted after hours
Qualification Requirements:
Trouble-shooting, problem-solving, communication skills, dealing with different types of people, able to work independently.
